Waiver & Release Information

Waivers are to be read, filled out and signed by everyone participating in any river activity regardless of age. One waiver per person participating. Young children must have the waiver read to them. All participants under the age of 18 must print their name, age and address on the lines provided and have a parent sign the waiver for them. We will not accept waivers with multiple signatures. All areas of the waiver must be filled out to be accepted. Waivers will not be accepted if they are altered in ANY way.

You must return the signed waivers to our office the day of your trip.
Both pages of each individual waiver must be presented to be accepted!

Remember - The waiver is a legal document and everyone must sign an individual waiver to participate!
